Local sports associations in Portugal often struggle with digital presence — their information is scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, and outdated websites. The Associação de Voleibol de Viseu needed a central place where clubs, players, and fans could find schedules, standings, and news in one spot.

This is a content-driven Next.js site deployed on Vercel. The focus was on performance and clarity: pages load fast, information is easy to find, and the association can keep things up to date without needing technical knowledge.

It was a good reminder that not every project needs to be a SaaS. Sometimes a well-built, fast website does more for a community than any app would.
